I disliked:
Still found difficulty, specially in the frontdesk, with the english language. Some employees couldn't speak english and hanged off the telephone when I called them to solve a problem of a forgotten item, which caused a big headache untill I reached a very good front desk em;ployee, Jette, who managed to solve it.
